Only 5 miles to the northeast is the historic town of St Andrews, home of the world-famous Old Course, a rich mix of historic buildings, boutique shops, and long golden beaches stretching all the way to the dune-filled landscapes of Tentsmuir, a paradise for walkers and cyclists alike.
The drive into St Andrews is around 10 minutes and the property is served by local taxis and Uber.
The Stagecoach bus service X58 stop is around ten minute walk from the property and will take you into St Andrews in around 10 minutes or to Edinburgh in around 90 minutes. The walk to the bus stop is along a road which is unlit and only partially paved for pedestrians so it might not be suitable for everyone.
